Our van driver, Augie, was so friendly and talkative which we like. He told us about the areas we were passing and of the history of Bavaria and the castle. Both the train and van ride provided goegeousl views of the scenic countryside. The castle tour itself involved a handheld device which told the story of King Ludwig. The castle and interior will amaze you. We went mid- December and there was snow on the ground.…”
