“I was very stressed about being able to get tickets for the castles so I decided to spend the extra for a private tour. Our tour guide was very nice. Very knowledgeable as well. We had terrible weather that day and he had umbrellas for us and was so flexible about the time. We had to cut it an hour early so he made sure we saw everything within the allotted time. “VERY disappointing!! Do not use this option if you would like to see the castles. All we received were the entry tickets and a ride to the castle location. For the amount of money we spent I would have expected much more. You would be better off buying the entry tickets on line or at the site. Much cheaper. This was advertised as an 8 hour tour (all day). In fact the tour of the first castle was 20-30 minutes only. No way this is an 8 hour tour.”
